UNDERSTANDING DYNAMICS OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR

Life becomes too messy when we are not able to cope up with any mind teaser situations and it affects our work life significantly and sometimes very adversely. It can be related to work stress, personal life problems, professionally rivalry, due to lack of sense of belonging to the organization, not getting due recognition for the contributions made towards a particular goal etc.

Here we are attempting to work out on what this disliking, distasteful in nature, is all about so that we can come to making an attempt to solve the issue so that we are ready to fulfil our dreams in conformity with that of the company. So how are we going to start it then? Let us take it this way.
Uneasiness, uncomfortable posture has many forms and we have to first concentrate on what generates it or what is the origination of the situation so that we can uproot the cause tactfully and prudently. Believe it, getting to know what actually you are facing inside and how to recognize it, is really an up hill’s task, I mean it is the subtlest job of the world. For that one has to first try to know what actually he is and what deviation he has made from particular behavioural mode in order to diagnose the cause further for remedial/suggestive remedies.

Generally a particular problem is not so strong enough to shatter your until it has mass of some other problems in hiding. Let us understand it with some example. We are in the office and we lose tempo and thereby we are not able to focus on goals agreed upon or goals assigned to achieve. There does not seem to be a visible reason for this untoward situation. I try to make you understand it more easily. Please try to follow.

I have a friend in a good company and that guy did not have good sleep last night due to upset stomach and he could not ease himself and it propagated a sense of uneasiness in him due to gastric problems. The whole office in that particular division of company was complaining of his rash behaviour but, the Head-HR had a different version of him. He just had friendly chat with him. In the course of meeting the HR could identify that the guy had sleepless night due to upsetting of abdomen and that he was going washroom frequently just to ease himself. The HR advised him to take a day’s rest for a change. And it worked. Next working day he seemed to be upright in high spirits. His marketing head was thinking of giving him some behavioural training as he had received a numerous complaints of his wavering tempo.

So in general what we see is not true and what is true, is all about to be explored through observation and researching and HR pays due emphasis over what is required to be performing in order. The toughest job man has ever faced is understanding minds of human beings. People should always have deep understanding of human relations, its core activities and various behaviour modes only then organizations can go on scaling new heights of success.

Believe it, competition mandates us to handle our manpower most sophisticatedly and if we are able to handle them carefully in a noblest manner, we are dead sure that our people can beat any situation. Cut throat competition is for raw CEOs only who fails to appreciate the dynamics of human behaviour, that can only make the difference in present context and that part of training cannot come from any school of business. We have to gain it from ourselves only.
